Our farm-raised shrimp (penaeus vannamei) can be conventional, chemical-free and organic and it is harvested all year round to guarantee consistent availability of our products.

Head-on, shell-on (HOSO)
This is the purest type of shrimp, since it is exported as it arrives to our processing plant, without any additional procedure. The shrimp is carefully handled and processed immediately after harvesting.

Headless, shell-on (HLSO)
Is one of the most common form of raw shrimp exported. To make this product the head of the shrimp is removed, and everything else remains the same as the HOSO.

Titi shrimp (Protrachypene Precipua)
We also process wild caught Titi shrimp (Protrachypene Precipua). The wild Titi shrimp we export is caught in the FAO zone #87, in the Ocean Pacific, nearby Ecuadorian coasts.

Headless, shell-on pulled vein
This shrimp is like a HLSO, but the vein has been removed by pulling it in one of the last segments.

Headless and easy peeled (Ezpeel)
It is a HLSO shrimp that is easy to peel because it has a cut along the back of the shrimp. This product is deveined.

Peeled & deveined, tail on
This type of shrimp is peeled but the 1st segment and tail are left on the shrimp. This product is deveined.

Peeled & deveined, tail off
This type of shrimp is completely peeled and deveined by cutting the back of the shrimp.

Peeled undeveined
This type of shrimp is completely peeled but is not deveined.

Peeled pulled vein
This type of shrimp is completely peeled and the vein has been removed by pulling it in one of the last segments.

Butterfly
This type of shrimp is peeled but the 1st segment and tail are left on the shrimp. It is deveined by cutting the back of the shrimp, but the depth of the cut is such that both halves of the shrimp can lay flat.

Skewer
The shrimp used in this product is peeled tail on or peeled pulled vein placed on a bamboo skewer. The shrimp can be arrange in several forms such as: back to back, U type or coin style.

Trays
In this product the shrimp is usually decorated in a way that is ready to place in a supermarket. We have trays, rings among others.
